Design brings inventors’ dreams to market.

We were thrilled when our clients, mother-and-daughter team Lou Childs and Katy Mallory, were funded on Shark Tank with the product we designed for them. They approached us with a concept for a light-blocking enclosure, ideal for parents who share hotel rooms or spare bedrooms with their infants during travel.

We designed a simple, floorless tent that’s easy to set up over a play yard or travel crib, allowing parents to read or watch TV while their kids sleep in the same room. Made from light-blocking yet breathable fabric and supported by tent-style aluminum frame, it breaks down small enough to fit in a carry-on suitcase.

Katy and Lou have since introduced a line of supporting products, building a successful business around their flagship product: SlumberPod.
