Professional-grade nasal aspirators that really suck.

As a pediatric ENT, Dr. Steven Goudy empathized with parents who came to him with infants and toddlers who were struggling with colds that had grown into something more serious. He knew that their lives would become so much simpler if they had a professional grade nasal aspirator at home.

We designed a nasal aspirator that is powerful, but safe and easy to use. The Nozebot® has 3 suction levels, allowing parents to start at low suction, and increase the power as needed. It is connected to the nosepiece by flexible tubing, keeping the noise of the pump/motor at a distance from the baby to reduce any anxiety. The silicone nosepiece stays on the parent’s forefingers, freeing up the thumb and ring fingers to stabilize the head of wiggly infants and resistant toddlers. The nosepiece is dishwashable, and includes a filter to keep mucous from reaching the hose.

With the success of the original NozeBot®, the team went on to design a portable version for use away-from-home. NozeBot® On-the-Go has a slightly smaller pump, and operates on AA batteries. The hose wraps around the form, and the nosepiece tucks into the front, making a tidy package that can be thrown into a diaper bag.
