Char-Broil Grill 2 Go

We had three goals for the redesign of Char-Broil’s Grill 2 Go: Lighter, Smaller, Easier. Our challenge was to include everything users need for a picnic, and eliminate repeated trips between the kitchen and garage. The design allows users to fill the soft-sided coolers in the kitchen, and then load them onto the rugged rolling frame to transport.

The side shelves pull-off and stow inside the grill to make it even more compact, and spare propane cylinders snap onto the frame. The result is a new generation grill that slashes material and tooling costs, weighs less, transports more, and is easy for a small female to transport.
