User Centered Research

Our research is focused on creating fuel to feed the innovation process: user understanding, trend research, new technology and materials research, and product research to understand the competitive landscape. Creature uses ethnographic research to gain insights into user behavior, decision-making at retail, emotional triggers, mental mapping, compensatory behaviors, ergonomic issues, and human factors. But what differentiates our approach is the integration of creative insights from other fields, new materials and technologies, and lifestyle trends that drive product development in new directions.
